This is a multiplayer combo deck!The combo pieces are Balancing Act, Aetherling, and every other permanent with a sacrifice ability. The basic idea is to sacrifice everything you have to get enough mana to cast Aetherling, phase him out, and then cast Balancing Act. Everyone will have to sacrifice all of their permanents and also reduce their hand size to however many cards you have. Then Aetherling comes back out and starts to pummel an empty board. Astrolabe and Barbed Sextant are good for mana fixing and will give you a card at your next turn. This is good because it will prevent you from giving more cards to your opponent when casting Balancing Act. It seems really difficult to get enough mana to get this combo to work but the good thing is the mana lands you have will mostly give you 2 Mana when sacrificed. So you only need 5 lands and maybe one Wild Cantor to actually get the 11 mana needed for this combo.There is some issues with the manabase because there isn't too much choice for sacrifice lands. Keep in mind though you can use Demonic Consultation to get land fixing. It's a bit risky but if you have your combo pieces and have extra Demonic Consultations just name the correct land you need and you will be set.
