nice deck i like the sinergy: red elemental blast, pyroblast, painter, faerie, llwan, gainsay, grindstone, sky ... but i think that if you want to buld a vintage deck you should put in moxes, ancestral recall, time walk and other p9, tinker to make it more competitive. anyway you really made a good painter deck. it is very different from classic painter vintage deck full of counters and only based on grindstone and painter.
yes the idea is nice but the deck is slow. blazeshadow is right. you need amulet, elvish piper and similar cards to play dragons in few time and you need cards that make you get fast mana (rituals, creatures like bird of paradise etc...).
yes you win with no legal deck .... anyway if you want to overperform why not using 4X of mox emerald, mox pearl etc... and 4x of ancestral recall, time walk .... at the place of glided lotus, blossom .... if you want to build an illegal deck, build a good one
counterspell, mana leak, spell pierce, flusterstorm, remand.... then you need cards to draw : ponder, preordain...
no problem i said deathrite and confidant because i play legacy and tier one and now i see that your list is more for other formats. anyway good deck.

i think you need banishing stroke, devastation tide, vanishment but mainly temporal mastery anyway nice idea ...

yes wasteland then crucible of worlds, nullrod (to block mana from moxes)...
soltari priest/trooper/monk, mirran crusader, paladin en vec, elite inquisitor, thalia, Kazandu Blademaster could be good in your deck.
ok but with overload you must pay seven. it is a good card but it make you slow.
echoing truth is better than cyclon rift
it' s good in a "flying" deck because damage can't be blocked so ninjustu ability works everytime.
mutavault, phantasmal image, cavern of souls, cold eyed selkie, merrow reejery...
sower of temptation, sakashisma's student, some counters (counterspell, remand...), favorable winds, cards that make you draw (ponder, preordain...), mutavault
put in 4X wasteland then strip mine is too strong infact it is limited just one.
