Midrange deck with a good amount of disruption to control the game in the midgame. Added some life gain to counter the loses of lives from the Tomb and, mostly, Phyrexian Arena. Hope you like it.

dark confidant at the place of arena and deathrite shaman

Aside from being an expensive card, Dark Confidant gives huge card advantage, yes, but i see them more in an aggro-oriented Rock. With many cards with 4 and 5 CMC, it could be very easy to kill myself, the life gain wouldn´t be enough to counter that lose of lives, if the opponent is doing high damage each turn. Plus, i would need to destroy it myself faster than Phyrexian Arena. Deathrite shaman, imo is better with a set of Legacy classic lands. Birds of Paradise gives mana fixing and helps to the speed of the deck pretty nice. Tks for your advices.
no problem i said deathrite and confidant because i play legacy and tier one and now i see that your list is more for other formats. anyway good deck.
