The idea is to play as many spells in a single turn as possilble. To this end, creatures (except coal stokers), lightning bolts, lava spikes, and (possibly) ground rift should be cast in the pre-combat main phase. Attack with noggle bandit (which should have been ciphered earlier). Cast ciphered hidden strings to untap mana. Cast coal stoker and remaining storm spells in 2nd main phase. Under ideal circumstances you should be able to far exceed one hundred spells that turn.
