you need to sideboard somthing against extraction
What would you suggest?
im not sure against surgical extraction you could sideboard mental mistep, and you could try dash hopes as a counter

Some of the relentless rats decks I see splash blue or red for call to kindred, or shared animosity. Also, door of destinies?? Marrow gnawed is nice too
Dark ritual to thoughtseize and extirpate. Trolololololol. All joking aside I love these decks. There's always someone at every card store who has seething similar, and it's always fun to play them
