For a turn zero win, all you need in your opening hand is five cards: Gemstone Caverns, any Spirit Guide, Flash, Protean Hulk, and one arbitrary card (to exile when playing Gemstone Caverns).

A truly ideal hand would also have one Force of Will and one other blue card -- this is needed to force your Flash through if your opponent has Force of Will too.
