My friend was making a Shadowborn Apostle deck and I thought Xathrid Necromancer would help him out and ended up making my own surprisingly cheap deck based around Apostles turning into zombies. Endless Ranks is in there to give more field power to Champion of Stray Souls.
Xathrid Necromancer makes the Apostles zombies. Endless Ranks multiplies the zombies. Champion of Stray Souls sacrifices zombies to get the Apostles back. Once you have 20+ zombies (6ish with Coat of Arms) you can use Altar to sacrifice all them to deck out your opponent. Ruthless Deathfang is so your opponents can't have creatures. Coat of Arms buffs all your zombies. Stockpile is to discard Deathfang in the case you don't get the blue/black land so you can use Champion to get him out.
