I'm thinking about replacing the Goblin Electromancer for Sprite Dragon.
You have swiftspear, for a fast win and chandra, which is 2 damage a turn at most starting at a slow turn, is there something I'm missing?
It's themed around guttersnipe, and casting many many spells.
That changes it a bit
Ral is probably also important.
Ral, although expensive get's close to immediate return for damage in most storm decks
