Deck Description

Clash is such a neat mechanic! Sadly, unless you have a way to stack the odds in your favor, it isn't a very USEFUL mechanic.

Luckily, Lantern of Insight does just that! This Multiplayer Casual deck aims to ensure that every target of a clash spell will succeed, thanks to proper targeting and some luck (couldn't take out all of the fun) of the opponent's draw!

How to Play

The idea of this deck is to get Lantern of Insight on the field ASAP and aim your clashes carefully. The clash doesn't have to be directed at the opponent you are casting the spell at, so remember that when choosing your clashing target.

Use Recross the Paths to ramp into more mana, picking on annoying creatures with Lash Out and Cerebral Eruption. Use Codex Shredder to remove your own land, or to peel off a nasty top deck of an opponent. Rebellion of the Flamekin and Sylvan Echoes are secondary objectives, use them to fuel your way to the end. Your finisher is our boy Melek, who will come out and cause your top deck Titan's Revenge to hit for double!
