I might say for a deck that can generate Rat tokens that Rat Colony is better than Relentless Rats. With that I'd also consider Filth and some way to search it and put it into your yard like Entomb, or Final Parting.

Nice.Just little things, really: I'd commit either to relentless rats OR rat colony, to maximize thrumming stone's power.Swarm of rats is completely improved on by rat colony, just skip swarm and add another colony.Andarious has good advice IMO. If you want to be kind of degenerate, include more ways to get thornbite staff and go infinite. Fatal push is way worse than tragic slip in this deck, especially in commander.
