Not sure how budget you're wanting to stay, but you can snag the Master's 25 edition Counterspell for just under $1.50. So grabbing a few isn't too big of a hit. Another good 2 CMC counterspell is [[Familiar's Ruse]]. With all your low cost defensive creatures having to to return one isn't so bad.Also if you were going to run dual lands, for budget decks I like to use the "gain 1 life" variety. So in blue/white you could use Sejiri Refuge (.43 each) and/or Tranquil Cove (.15).Enjoy your deck!

lol those bumped up the price a bit too much because in its current state its pretty good and could be bought and shipped to me for 15 dollars so i see it as fine for now thanks for the input tho.
