Mill is very hard to make competitive. This is my best attempt. Inquisition and Daze help slow your opponent long enough for you to get a Propaganda down. Surgical Extraction is great in mill because you can take your opponents win condition. Daze and Oboro and fetch lands help fuel Hedron Crab. Vision Charm is instant speed mill and has artifact and land disruption. Jaces phantasm and sewer nemesis are for aggro or defense and are very deadly with sword of body and mind.

I know a lot about mill, and have build up an archive on almost all cards.Yet I never knew sewer nemesis existed!?You should update this deck, since there is a new 1B creature card in gatecrash that also grows from cards in opponents graveyard.
