Yeah I think you should drop the discard theme because to make it work you really need to commit to it, but you already have a good base for Orzhov shenanigans and I would suggest adding some extortOn a side note your discard idea inspired me to make a mono-black version that tries to take as much advantage of lily's caress as I canthe link: http://www.mtgvault.com/necrohellion/decks/discarding-2drops/

Tidehollow sculler doesn't force discard, he exiles a card from their hand and keeps it until he dies, in other words he is an o-ring that target their hand as opposed to the battlefieldCastigate also doesn't force discard it just straight up exiles it from their hand, but unlike the sculler it doesn't have a chance to return.Just as clarification discarding is the act of putting a card from your hand into the graveyard, and exiling the card doesn't count as a discard. Otherwise it looks fun to play I like the control like aspects mixed with aggro.
the best place to go for rules questions is Matt Tabak's tumblr, as the current rules advisor for WotC he should be able to answer anything you can throw at him and he usually replies within a day or two
if you cast it on your opponents turn when biovisionary triggers the ability will go on the stack for your opponent first, then for you. Then it would resolve for you first and you would win and because you just won the stack is cleared and the game is over so your opponents trigger will never resolve
actually you would lose the game in that situation if you cast mirror weave on your turn. You would put the biovisionary triggers on the stack in the order of active player (you because you cast it on your turn) then non-active player (your opponent) and when the abilities resolve the "win the game" will resolve for your opponent first, then yours will resolve. However because your opponent has already won the game because his trigger resolved first, yours would never resolve and you wouldn't be able to win.Long story short, you can only win in that situation if you cast mirror weave on your opponents turn (without relying on external cards such as angel's grace)and Kazzong at the resolution of biovisionary's ability through mirror weave platinum angel would be a biovisionary and wouldn't stop your opponent from winningAlso I like the deck, I always enjoy when you can win with ghoulcallers bell and similarly underpowered cards
commander damage is only dealt through combat so you would have to do all your opponents life in one nuke
wand of denial is too slow for my use and grimoire thief is too easily killed as he has no evasion and he may only get 1 activationalso seeing as I can only and will only cast breaking for my purposes the entering half doesn't exist
the deck looks good, I personally love the mimic cyclehere is the 2 drop deck I made, it's not very budget friendly but I feel like it's pretty stronghttp://www.mtgvault.com/necrohellion/decks/2-mana-mill/
also if he mills a bunch of instant and sorceries the grave storm doesn't trigger
i don't mean to sound harsh, but you can't go infinite with Banishing Light because it only targets opponents permanents. So you can't exile your own banishing light
although its hardly matters you get infinite life faster if you use a fiend hunter and 2 restoration angels
midnight guard + presence of gond = infinite 1/1 elves helm of obediance + leyline of the void = infinite mill tamiyo's emblem + dark ritual = infinite mana
Niv-Mizzet the Firemind + ophidian eye Niv-Mizzet the Firemind + mind over matter pestermite + kiki jiki pestermite + splinter twin mikeus the unhallowed + triskeloen + heartless summoning

How is Mikeus and Triskelion a win con Mikeus makes trisk a 2/2 and trisk only has 3 counters to remove so you still have to kill trisk to resurrct with undying?
I like the deck, but it feels like you're focusing on creatures rather than the draw-ping combo. A couple cards you should look at are: Mind over Matter, Reliquary Tower, and Tandem Lookout. Chandra Ablaze has better abilities for Niv than Firebrand. Also i'm not sure if Crumbling Nercopolis are legal with Niv and I know Obelisk of Grixis isn't. I'd appreciate feedback on my deck : http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=371348
Boros Humans http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=342531 Merfolk Tribal http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=368181
You should add a mimic vat to combo with grave titan other than that it's not a bad deck
dementia bats is essentially a 10 mana mind rot and heartstabber mosquito is a 7 mana doom blade
panoptic mirror is banned
