Might I suggest Sands of Delirium, Gnaw to the Bone and Spider Spawning? If Gnaw or Spider go to the graveyard when you're milling, you can flash them back which can turn the game around quickly. Wow. You have officially inspired me to make an EDH Golgari deck. Yawgmoth's Will is just.. almost too cruel in here. Might I suggest adding in Sudden Spoiling? You might want to take out one Go for the Throat and replace it with Temporal Extortion or Sudden Spoiling. Great deck sir.
No Mercy would be amazing in this deck. If they attack and get through, they lose creatures.
Might I suggest No Mercy and Sudden Spoiling with a side of Temporal Extortion for even more control? If you really want to have fun, check into Contamination if you know someone isn't playing a deck with Black in it.
Have you thought about throwing in Elixir of Immortality for card draw when you have Lich out? Instead of life grain, draw 5 cards. Might be better than using Demonic Consultation since those get exiled.
