Though I'm not going to answer it, ill leave that to this link below, written by one of the format's creators Ben Wheelerhttps://pastebin.com/K4JRvqQWSo, this I a fairly standard "witch maw reanimater" list(named after the nephilim colour identity)Allot of the format is based around removal and using that removal to protect key creatures of planewakers. By trying to get around that by pulling things out of the grave, and leaning of tutors to find answers to a certain situation this deck tends to win with longer, more grindy games.
So this decks first few turns should be ramp, the next should be removal or cheap big threat, and after that it should be tutor for a larger threat, or play that larger threat, then spend the rest of the game reanimating or rebuying that threat until your opponent can't deal with it or has used too much dealing with it and looses purely due to weight of card advantage.
