Pretty straightforward. Get creatures out early to start hitting your opponent before they can block, and then once they can block your attackers are big enough to squish anything in their way. Midgame use Bloodline Keeper for flying tokens and more buffs, and Contagion Clasp to increase the counters on all of your vampires. The Curses make the game end twice as fast. Use Urge to Feed as removal, and Vampiric Fury for a winning stroke or to wipe your opponent's blockers.
