LOL guys this is an EDH check. Its the commander. If you don't know the special rules for the commander, just look up EDH rules.

Basically, its in the deck. Its the commander.

It always amuses me when people don't know what EDH is and comment on an EDH deck anyways...

Yeah, Skithiryx is the commander and I can bring him onto the battlefield whenever I want, provided I can pay for him.

You need more lands, shoot for 40. Also, you can't have the trigon's, because the rules say that the cards in any EDH deck can not have any mana symbol anywhere on the cards that is a different color than the general (therefore the mana cost for the trigon ability makes it that color) I also recommend Royal Assasin, and this other black card that can destroy legendary permanents whose name I forget. Also, go for Demonic tutor, Necropotence, and that is all that I can think of for know.

Thank you for your advice. I had to take out my discard stuff but I did manage to add more land.

I forgot about the color rule affecting the abilities like that, thank you for catching it.

Added Royal and Guul Draz Assassin (as he's good removal and I didn't know who you meant), went ahead and also added demonic tutor (it's expensive though...) and Necropotence. Thank you immensely for your advice.

I would recommend using a lot more artifact ramp (sol ring, mana crypt, etc.) and equipments with free/cheap equip costs. The idea is, even if you can only pump your general by 2 power, you still kill them in 2 turns. Anything above that is irrelevant. Ramp up your mana base, cast your general on turn 3 or 4, give haste, equip, swing. Next turn if they didn't answer your general you win. If they did answer your general you replay it with haste and you win unless they answer it again. Very aggressive and scary EDH general for 1v1, but in multiplayer games you will be a huge target. Lightning greaves and hall of the bandit lord also want a home in your deck. They give him haste for free (because you will be too busy winning to spend extra mana so he gives himself haste).

As far as I am concerned, the only creature in the entire deck that should have infect is skythirix. Why do you need the other infect if your general can do all of that work for you? Replace the infecters with cards that stall and destroy. Things like Dread, Avatar of Woe, Attrition, Consume the Meek, Damnation, Drudge Skeletons, Hex, Magus of the Abyss, No Mercy, Notorious Assassin, Phage the Untouchable, Plague Bearers, Plague Wind, Will-O'-the-Wisp. I don't recommend putting in all of those, but you should definitely put in some of the better ones. Also try for Gauntlet of Power and Extraplanar Lens.

This is kind of a small thing, but I would check out throwing an Everglades in. Land that comes into play tapped, but after that it adds one colorless and a black. Just a thought.
