may be difficult to get up enough merfolk to let the lullmages do their thing. Maybe summon the school would be a good addition, tap the schoolmasters to get it back and multiply tokens!

This is the most interesting and well thought out Merfolk deck I've seen yet, I'm definitely borrowing a couple of your ideas. Love the Vial+Reejery combo. Little surprised you don't have any Lullmage Mentors, another 3 cost for your vial to get out for nothing then free counter-spells. Also sygg can only protect 1 merfolk for every time you pay for that ability (you probably knew that).
This is a really cool deck. Even if you don't get super lucky with the combo, you will still get there pretty damn quick. Congrats :D
isnt there a card which makes a player reveal and discard cards from the top of their library until they come across a specific card? cant remember what its called sorry, but itd go fantastically with Jace the Mind Sculptor's first ability.
