Deck Description

Standard Format, This deck is built around Kuldotha Forgemaster and Tezzeret, Agent of Bolas, in the same style as Martin Juza's deck from PT Paris. This is not a tweaked netdeck, I actually came to this list before the PT, but it's very similar.

Deck discussion for Who let me use Tinker?

Looks good man! I played around and decided to do almost the same thing with Grixis colors. Check it out =D

Oh! Also, what about Duress or Inquisition of Kozilek? They really give you that edge you need and you know their hand, which is amazing.

I've been thinking about main boarding the Duress in the deck I linked above.

For a sideboard, you could probably add in some more counters, I wouldn't do any more than 1 stoic rebuttal because you'll be sacrificing a lot of artifacts with the Forgemasters, so probably a few Mana Leaks and a Deprive. Memoricide would be great here against a great many matchups.

Have you thought of the possibilities of Thopter Assembly + Gravitational Shift in aggro matchups? For sideboard tech? It truly is awesome. I'm very surprised to see that you're not running one Myr Battlesphere to combo on your Forgemasters because of the extra tokens it produces. Basically a free sac next turn or even that turn if you play it from hand and have a forgemaster in play.

I think Black Sun's Zenith, maybe even just 1-2 main deck or sideboard would be awesome here. You can't always rely on ratchet bomb to get rid of absolutely everything and the more board sweepers you have, the better.

Duress is certainly an option, but that'll probably be put in the board. I'm not boarding any more countermagic, keeping mana open is painful as it is. The spell pierces are nice to force through stuff though. I might board another 'tinker' target or two, some go for the throats/disfigures, and 2 black sun's zenith...hangon, lemme see if i can put something together.

Ok, we're coming together here, I think I've got the board close to figured out, and I just realized what makes my version different from the Juza list: The Trinket Mage/Elixir package. It's nice.

Updated:
Maindeck -1 Throne of Geth, +1 Black Sun's Zenith
Sideboard: -1 Black Sun's Zenith, +1 Gravitational Shift

After a bunch of testing I really wanted a maindeck sweeper, so I moved a BSZ over from the board and added Gravitational Shift. Shift is ridiculously good against the aggro decks.
