Master of waves is a good devotion card to look into with all your devotion.

For mana fixing Nyxkos, shrine to Nyx also works with your devotion.

May want to throw a 2nd Thassia in.

Staff of the Mind Magus is not a good card. I've been thrown into the mindset of when will cards be good for me? Are they a good offense card, defensive card, or can they be that card that can shift the balance in a stalemate. If you're ahead, staff does nothing. If you're behind and you draw it, you were wishing you drew a better card. If its a stalemate, it again does nothing.

I agree reason being favored hoplite works better with instant speed combat tricks but the only instant speed combat trick you have already protects better then hoplite's own ability. Its better if you exchange it for a bestow creature.

Sacred Foundries instead of guidegates are recommended for mana fixing

Jace, Memory Adept can work as well for planeswalkers
Watery Graves are good for mana fixing
Temple of Decits as well

Hallow fountains would be good for mana fixing
Archaeomancer isn't really doing much for you. I'd recommend something else... maybe Aetherling?
Voidwielder is also way too much mana for way too little effect. I'd rather just throw in Journey's End instead.
Maybe Supreme Verdict as well for if you get behind.

Elspeth would be better in your deck. Not only does she summon tokens well but can work as a nice board wipe seeing as none of your creatures right now have 4 or more power.
