Like ALL of my decks they really have multiple options within them. You can build up your army of saprolings and overtake your opponent, you can stand back defensively and maybe gain life from sacrificing and generating them, you have a walking fog at your disposal. I personally use all of these methods in combination. Modify this at your own leisure for your personal style.

Played against this deck today, it murdered. He swung at me for 32 on turn 5. Not to mention, all Spore flowers.

If you ever get bigger creatures out, you might want to consider adding fungal sprouting to your side board, as it craps more Saprolings. Korozda Guildmage also is another saproling crapper in standard right now, but its black, so Think about it.
Just tested this out. If you and your stuff can survive for long enough you can produce over 100 saps a turn.... :D. The life gain is ridiculous.
