Deck discussion for Myr Mana Machines

Blue sun says target player, so an awesome mill combo. Yet I doubt it will ever fire in standard due to mass removal. You might want to look at your mana curve and add some removal (dispatch, o-ring) and of course Tempered steel. Mirrorworks is too slow for Standard without good protection (blue control etc)

Pretty impressive deck. Would not want to face it without a lot of counters and kill spells. Nice.

Sweet ideas... doubt it would stomp my deck because mine is faster, not saying it couldnt beat mine but seems like it would be a good game... thanks for the new ideas though

Myr matrix is insane with infinite mana. Make infinite myrs. Then coat of arms makes them all infinite/infinite. Tap with battlesphere for direct, unstoppable damage win or swarm around them. Also lodestone myr is insane in an artifact based deck.

The problem with this deck is it's curve. you have 5 cards unter 3 mana. that's a huge problem, especially because since this is legacy, you will be annihilated by aggro, storm, just about anything that's even slightly fast. so you're going to need to lower your curve. first off, you should add some mana myr - they are 2 drops, and 2 of them on the field can create infinate mana with your galvanizer. to be honest, i think myr turbine is to slow for a legacy mill deck. infinate 1/1's dont need a boost, so coat of arms and tempered steel are unnecisary. battlesphere is also a bit out of place, because both of your win conditions have nothing to do with him. though war report is really good, the only time you would play it would be early game, at which point you would tap out. so i'd rather have more ways to grab your combo than stall a turn with some life. that leaves only 2 dispatch in white, so you might aswell drop it for something a little better for your deck. maybe green. so right away you can do:
-2 coat of arms, -2 turbine, -2 battlesphere, -3 tempered steel, -3 war report, -2 dispatch
i'd then suggest:
+2 genesis wave, +4 noble hierarch (or birds of paradice), +4 copper myr, +4 silver myr
That should fix it up a bit. you'll also need to switch around your land base, and ponder would be good in here, maybe find something to drop for it.
hope i helped!

i would suggest some semblance anvils for all of your myrs and artifacts to become that much faster coming out so you can then keep some of those fun cards in there to screw with your opponents

Look into

-Myr Matrix (Buffs Myrs / makes myr tokens)
-Myr Turbine (Makes myr tokens / search deck for myr card)
-Myr Battlesphere (Good hammer creature that would do well in the deck)

other than that, epic built deck and I like it :)

Can Myr Propagator really make infinite copies? Summoning sickness for the tap ability?

as long as the original propagator doesnt have summoning sickness you can use its tap ability as many times as you want with galvenizers

This is my new favorite deck on vault. U did an awesome job bro. Though I recommend tweaking it a little bit to make it standard.

i know this deck could be re done for standard the trickiest part would be finding a legal replacement for fabricate

If your just using Fabricate to find Myrs, then the best legal replacement for it would be "Myr Turbine"

though they are more expensive to cast... >.>

if you want to make it standard i advise that you make some of these changes.

-4 fabricate
+4 myr turbine

-1 myr incubator
-2 sembalance anvil
+3 phyrexian metamorph

-4 lodestone myr
+4 ezuri's brigade

-2 war report
+2 genisis wave

-1 silver myr
-1 seachrome coast
-6 island
-4 plains
+3 razorverge thicket
+3 hinterland harbour
+4 coper myr
+2 gold myr

great deck, your 100th +1 from me

I love infinite Myr mana. About a week ago before your deck went popular I made a life drain deck that uses the infinite myr mana to drain their life within turn 5. I hope you will check it out. It is tournament legal for type 2. Here it is:

These Myr mana decks are fun. I'm going to re-work mine to be green instead of white/red (http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=258656). I think it would be cool to have a deck like this for each color; each infi-mana-ing a colored card for the win (White Sun's Zenith, Red Sun's Zenith, Genesis Wave, Blue Sun's Zenith, Exsanguinate--for example).

I would defiantly convert this for Standard play though, unless you don't play it.

I have a deck that's pretty similar. Uses red/white instead, so you can Red Sun/Devil's Play to insta-kill players, or White Sun to get infinite cats. Myr Turbine + early Myrsmiths means you can tutor for your Galvanisers and Palladiums early on.

i say go green/blue so you can use genesis wave to summon creatures as well as blue sun. Also Asceticism would give all your creatures hexproof and the ability to infinitely regenerate
