I you want something REALLY budget, I suggest adding Colossodon Yearling.

Try to get cards like Dragonlord's Servant, Skirk Prospector or Treasonous Ogre to get cards into play earlier?

Numerous removals in the other deck could become problematic, especially counterspells. I cannot say for sure that what would happen if you managed to get your maggot through though.
