I have to say I have real-life deck that's quite same like this, except its mono-blue.
It wins games with next three cards:
-Psychosis Crawler (just like this deck)
-Sturmgeist (also like this deck)
-Laboratory Maniac

If I can suggest some cards, maybe Thought Reflection?
