I did it. Removed Nested Ghouls for single Maalfeld Twins and two Ghoulcaller's Chants.
Also removed Jwar Isle Refuge for Dimir Guildgate.

You gave good ideas, but Wall of Denial and Wall of Omens are far too priceful for a budget deck.
In the other hand, Wall of Tanglecord would fit just fine.

Yeah, but priceful.

Only bad thing is there ain't any creature that would buff up devils.
(Except Adaptive Automaton and Brass Herald, of course.) I often hope that Wizards would create more creatures that buff other creatures up.
