I can understand running Rally the Ancestors in an Abzan deck with cards like Armament Corps. Pay five mana to get three of those guys from your graveyard, distribute six counters among your creatures, block some creatures and get profit.

Replace Bull Rush with Titan's Strength. Otherwise everything is cool.

There is some serious synergy between some of those cards, like Hedron Crab and Soratami Mindsweeper. Altar of the Brood adds its own flavor here too. The deck also bears some removal.
