Oh, this deck is hilarious. Jessie, you always come up with the most awesome of ideas.
Highborn Ghoul is an early game drop with handy ability and high black devotion. Consider it. Maybe a place in the sideboard could work.

By the way Jessie, this deck made by s0rinmark0v is pretty cool. It uses a whole different kind of tactic with burn spells. Check it out if you have time.

Ooh, I seriously love Illusion tribal decks.
Too bad you can't equip the Boots to those Phantasmal-illusions. Most important is to keep your Lord of the Unreal safe though.

I suggest Gods Willing for now, maybe instead of Spare from Evil, since it blocks one kill spell, while it also lets you scry. Scrying is definitely useful here, since you are running such a few land cards.

So, my suggestion is:
-4 Spare from Evil
-1 Doomed Traveler
+4 Gods Willing
+1 Plains

Remember, these are just suggestions. It is up to you how you react to them.

All I can suggest now is some control to evade "sticky" situations. Rain of Thorns and one or two additional counterspells should do the trick.

I guess that duel decks are supposed to have only one of each rare, but I do create my budget decks around a bit different model than Wizards do.

How about Bioshift? You have a bunch of creatures with +1/+1 counters. Fate Transfer is another hilarious choice.
Otherwise, I do like this deck. I haven't seen many B/U/G Tiny Leaders around here.

I highly appreciated all of your suggestions, but as you can see, my budget is starting to run out, even when it is a 100 dollar one.

PS. About that Extort thingie you said before, the W/B cost is NOT part of the ability cost, so you are allowed to play it in mono black.
