Deck discussion for 50 Budget: Casual Slaughterer

mage slayer is too slow and doesn't help you enough to get a spot. your mana curve requires that turn 3 you drop a creature or a control spell, of which you have almost none.

this deck was made for some burn spells to help you control the board so you can swing unimpeded.

you absolutely have to run 4 boartusk liege, as he is the boss of this deck

Gaea's Anthem doesn't seem worth it to me

I think it is worth mana. Since this deck runs such a lot of creatures.

Why not throw in Fanatic of Mogis instead of the Anthem? Its running insane amounts of red-mana symbols anyway and you might as well capitalize :)

Maybe cut the Destructive Revelry for something like Hellrider or more Burning-Tree and Ripclan Crasher because that combo is pretty nice!

Better but maybe drop a Sylvan Ranger for that last burning tree, I really like the deck though, big well done!

Burning tree isn't worth anything is it?

May I suggest Everlasting Torment and Flourishing Defenses? With all of the wither, you will wipe the field, and put out a ton of cannon fodder.

It is bit too priceful in mana for this deck...

Fair enough. Having a lower management cost is always good. Everlasting Torment only costs three total, though. Just throwing in my opinion.

I´d drop Sylvan Ranger and add Radha, Heir to Keld or Zhur-Taa Druid. You can then get your Liege on the table in third round...
