I'm noticing you have quite a considerable number of lifegain effects in the deck, and you're also sitting on Marchesa's Infiltrator with Dethrone. Wouldn't it be slightly safe to say that there's a bit of anti-synergy there, since the lifegain effects likely put you on the throne, keeping it from triggering for counters?

Since you have so many unblockable creatures, maybe use some spells with Cipher on them, so you can spam it.

Would it be possible to make a budget abzan edh? maybe one that makes tokens, etc, making an army sort of thing, it doesnt have to, but i was just curious on what one might look like, since im making a 2nd edh so i have a good backup deck if the u/w control edh needs to take a break, thanks!

Could you make a budget EDH deck based around Merieke ri Berit that just doesn't let your opponents do anything? Just wondering, it doesn't have to be control that is just what I think of when I see Merieke
Merieke Ri Berit? Hmph...It is extremely hard to create an EDH that doesn't let your opponents do anything, since there are usually three of them, but I can create a Merieke Control EDH. No problem.
