That is possible with numerous scry, top-card-reassembling and library-exiling spells like Manipulate Fate and Selective Memory.Once you get your library into a great situation, start using Jalira's ability to get some big threats from your deck for cheap! Like, you might be able to do something like this on turn 4:-You have had Jalira since turn 3 thanks to Silver Myr. Now you have four islands, Jalira and Silver myr.-Tap Silver Myr in order to cast Index. Look some cards of your library. Put a neat creature on top of it.-Use three mana to use Jalira's ability. Sacrifice Silver Myr. Toss in the neat creature. You have even one additional land left!

another inexpensive card is Conjurer's Closet. You have so many trigger abilities when they enter the battlefield it would be amazing to re use them again and again and again....
