lol, this is basically what I do every time I make a tribe deck. "There aren't enough good ninjas... fuck it, add burn." Insert any creature type, namely Rogue and Horror lol. Anyways, I do like it regardless. Would be a fun deck to play against.

Clone would be interesting. Beastmaster Ascension, however, is going in as soon as I can get my hands on some.
If you cut out 2 of your most expensive spell, Wound Reflection, you wont need land fetch. So then there goes 4 Civic Wayfinder. Then I think Id drop 2 and 4 of Luminescent Rain/ Harbinger (either way). Thats what I would do, and may have been decided during a gummy bear induced comatose.

Check out Mycoloth: The Clone Wars, in my deck profile. It wouldnt be a terrible idea to base the deck around that themes.
I like the idea of adding Sanguine Bond to Elvish life gain -- however, I feel youve missed some key pieces. Wellwisher is a must have in this deck. I would also consider adding Dark Ritual, as many of you spells cost a shit ton (lack of a better word). All in all though, great theme. Check out some of my decks!

Nevermind... I see more of what youre doing... but even then, when you put a counter on it, you skip your next turn. I dont think magic cares if your next turn is an additional turn you wouldn't normally get.
Maybe Im slow, but how exactly are you getting around the payment: {T}, Remove an eon counter from Magosi, the Waterveil and return it to its owner's hand. Once it returns to owners hand, it ceases to be the card in play -- which means the counters dont enter your hand. If you have a way around this, please spell it out for me ;) lol
I cant think of a worse way to spend 5 grand.
Of course Vampire Hexmage could get the job done cheaper.

Or, you could just throw Squirrel Nest in... creating another untap combo. Thats what I would suggest.
