I really like your elf deck. I might suggest Murkfied Liege -- itll really compliment you tap abilities, and make the creatures larger overall.

Leonin Shikari is a really good card ive never seen before. I like how you pulled off the Cat theme. Good job.

This may or may not help -- but Ballnock Trapper would be decent to look at for replacing Minister of Impediments. Cost is one more, but its 2nd ability and just that its a Kithkin might make it worth it.

Def a good build. My only suggestion is to take black out -- I cant see any real reason to keep it, unless you did somthing I dont see.

That would open up more space for control (im a control freak) until Worldwake -- where you know there will be more Allies to make the deck better.

I like to use Viridian Longbow in my poison decks. Any creature that says 'damages' instead of 'attacks and is not blocked,' its an easy way to throw counters on somone.

Good use of Seedborn. I currently use them in my elf decks, but Im trying to replace with Murkfiend Liege. If you ever drop red (not a good idea) change out for murkfiend (will improve the bad idea lol)
