Deck Description

Really not much thought put into the deck, but it works exactly how it was designed to. Neurok Stealthsuit is a fun control card.

Was going to add some burn spells, but I got tired of my burn deck owning casual.

Deck discussion for R/U Hybrid Deck

You may correct me if I'm wrong but, I believe the newest version of Chandra from Zendikaar is far better suited for this deck ("Chandra Ablaze" is the name). Otherwise, I love this deck (I was pleasantly surprised with the creation of the Noggle creature type when Shadowmoor came out), because Blue/Red can be such an interesting combination.

And to answer your question about cascade: specifically, when a cascade spell is played you reveal cards from the top of your deck (one at a time) until you reveal a nonland card with a mana cost lower than the spell that caused you to cascade. You may play that spell without paying it's mana cost. Then you put the revealed cards on the bottom of your library in random order.

The amazing thing about this is the card advantage you can receive from playing a cascade spell: you play ONE cascade spell, but get TWO spells out of it (it's actually possible to play six spells in a row, with cascade spells being played off of other cascade spells). To put this in perspective, let me use an example: I play Bloodbraid Elf, cascade, and I cascade into Sprouting Thrinax; I pay 4 mana and get not one awesome creature, but two! It's less effective when I hit a Lightning Bolt or Maelstrom Pulse when I don't need it (which is not very often, I'm pleased to say); the disadvantage is it's unpredictability, but it's a small price to pay for such incredible card advantage.
