There's a bug on this site where you can't add a card from the same set to main and sideboard.

I would drop some plains/islands to make room for Celestial Fortress/Colennade. Maybe run a Baneslayer Angel too.

Pyromancer's Ascension and Kiln Fiend would be a nice addition to this deck I think.

Since you're running Bloodghast, I'd try to make room for Viscera Seer. You can sac him to the Seer to Scry, then you can use Kalastria's effect, then bounce him back when you play a land. Personally, I'd run Dismember over(or at least try to make room for it) over Geth's Verdict/Go for the throat. It's not very often that a Dismember won't be enough to kill a creature, and there's no restrictions on the types of creatures you can target it with. Geth's is nice for this reason as well, so maybe drop/SB Go for the Throat? Nice deck dude.

Why not run Dragonskull Summit or Blood Crypt? How come you're using a Diabolic Tutor rather than two Demonic's? Is it restricted in Vintage?

In Birthing Pod decks, especially when they're running blue, I'm a huge fan of Phyrexian Metamorph.

You could run Celestial Fortress and whatever the other U/W land is for Oblivion Ring. Celestial Colenade would be another nice addition. Can't use your mana this turn? Punch someone in the face with it. :D

Grand Architect and Wurm Coil Engine would be incredible in this deck. Wurmcoil Engine turn 3? Don't mind if I do. Phyrexian Metamorph could be useful once you have a Wurmcoil on the field, or for duplicating more Lord of the Unreal.

Phyrexian Obliterator is probably the best defender in Magic. He also makes a great attacker in some instances. Vampire Nighthawk is a very solid defender that you can also use to swing for a difference in 4 life every turn. If nothing is done about the Nighthawk, that seemingly harmless two damage can really accumulate. If you want a stompy theme, run more removal spells and add in Abyssal Persecutor. a 66 flying/trample for 4 mana is pretty tough to beat.

Run Verdant Catacombs over Terramorphic expanse, the lands won't come into play tapped.

Running a playset of everything I listed should help quite a bit. Although, the Obliterators and Catacombs are kind of pricey.

Check out my sliver deck if you get the chance. Any suggestions you could make(despite how similar the two decks are. lol) would be greatly appreciated.

If you can afford it, run fetch lands and the unlimited/revised dual lands. It will drastically improve your mana possibilities.

You should also consider running 4 copies of Timberwatch Elf, it will reduce the need for a bunch of buff spells( if you really want to run buff spells, you shouldn't need anything beyond Wirewood Pride in an Elf deck)

I would play test this deck a bunch, find out which creatures really benefit you and which ones you think you could do without, and increase the number of beneficial creatures while slimming the deck down as much as possible.

You should consider adding Genesis Wave over Doubling Chant, seeing as how Doubling Chant is only going to work for a select number of creatures in this deck. Glimpse of Nature is also a really powerful card in Elf decks with low mana curves.

Oh, Elvish Harbinger is really nice for what you're trying to do here as well. There's another Elf that taps for red mana, but I can't think of it's name.

Why Green Sun's Zenith?

You're going to have a hell of a time against anything with the slightest bit of removal. With Genesis Wave, you're flipping your entire library in a matter of turns more or less, it may be worth adding an Asceticism to this deck.

Misty Rainforest and Inkmoth Nexus are incredible land cards that you would benefit from immensely.

I'd stick canopy cover into the sideboard and run more buff spells in place of it. Ichorclaw Myr is better than Rot Wolf in my opinion as well.
