Would definitely run swords and consider additional Goblins. I would drop Chancellor, 4 mountains(at least), and Galvanic blast for Goblin Guide, and Arid Mesa/Contest Warzone to speed things up overall and decrease the probably that you're going to draw lands.

Way too many lands(all basic too?) for a Goblin deck. I'd say the curve is rather high as well. Check out my Goblin deck if you get a chance.
Raging Goblin/Goblin Guide.
You could run Wirewood Lodge to increase your mana acceleration, maybe even Seeker of Skybreak. Fetch lands will help with the overall acceleration of your deck as well, as it reduces the chance you're going to pull more land you don't need. Seeker of Skybreak paired with Wirewood lodge is pretty nasty, it will allow you to use the same Priest multiple times in a turn. I'm not a fan of the token based, "let's give this creature a ton of 1/1 counters" Elf motif. I'd much rather run a stronger ramp with things like Joraga Treespeaker, Archdruid, etc. for a massive build up on a Genesis Wave. If you don't want to alter your deck to accompany Genesis Wave, you should at least consider dropping something for Glimpse of Nature for additional acceleration.
I see. lol. Thank you for clarifying that for me.
I'd drop two Forests/Mountains for four copies of Wooded Foothills. I'd also drop Llanowar for Birds of Paradise. Two colored decks generally aren't difficult to pull the mana you need, but I'm sure you'll run into problems sooner or later and those cards make desired mana production a bit easier.
Damnation.
Why would you run Mana Leak in Legacy over things like Mana Drain/Counterspell/Force of Will?
Swiftfoot Boots and Lightning Greaves are both awesome. Sword of feast/famine and Sword of Fire/Ice are really great cards. Umezawa's Jitte is also pretty amazing.
I'd add Stoneforge Mystic and more equipments to take advantage of her, along with the duelist/armament master.
Naturalize should be sideboard, if you're playing against something without artifacts, you're drawing/holding onto dead cards. Dunno if you're trying to keep this standard or not. If not, Nature's Lore is better than Rampant Growth, and you could also run fetch lands to thin your deck a bit faster. I know you want the forests for the Elder, but I think the deck thinning is well worth it.
I'd drop the creatures, add more Phyrexian arena and/or a Howling Mine for an insane drawing engine. If you went that route, you could also run reliquary Tower(sp) or Spellbook so you don't ever have to discard. Awesome deck dude.
Have you considered running Prismatic Omen over Fertile Ground?
I'm a huge fan of running fetch lands. I'd drop 8 forests for a playset of Verdant Catacombs and Misty Rainforest. What runs better; the 60 card deck, or the "52 card" deck?
In addition to Elvish Piper, you could run Norwood Priestess.
uh, Wirewood Lodge/Wellwisher/Seeker of Skybreak/Glimpse of Nature/Genesis Wave?
Fair enough. I'm just a huge fan of Skithryx. XD
You could run an even balance for Fetch/Basic lands. Or if you have the money to spare, or happen to have the cards, run fetch/dual lands(the alpha/beta ones). If not, fetch/non basic should run a little smoother than the vivid's.
I'd also drop Nissa's Chosen for two copies of Priest of Titania for a larger ramp. Nissa is only really useful for gaining life and her big ability(provided you can keep her alive that long[good luck]). Seeker of Skybreak is a better choice than Quirion Ranger if you ask me.
You could run an even balance of Verdant Catacombs/Misty Rainforest to your forests to thin your deck faster. With the ramp you have in this deck, try adding a Genesis wave. Half your library in play on turn 4 is always fun. You could also sideboard Asceticism, and Drove of Elves over Heedles one in the event that you're playing against removal heavy decks.
