Essence of the Wild + Hero of Bladehold is pretty hilarious. If you can pull of Essence/Hero/Parallel Lives, you're porbably going to jail.... there's laws against that kind of stuff.

You don't seem to be going for a particular format here, so;

As for lands, I'dd add 4x Wirewood Lodge, 4x Misty Rainforest, 1x Gaea's Cradle, drop the Forest count to 7x, and remove Oran-Rief all together.

Elves generate so much mana, you really don't need anything beyond 2-3 mana on the board to play out your entire deck, drawing lands once you have a solid mana accelerator through your creatures is just irritating.

Also, Immaculate Magistrate + Joraga Warcaller = lol

Genesis Wave, Genesis Wave, and Genesis Wave... Did I forget to mention Genesis Wave?

In the FNM I placed second place at the night of the Innistrad prerelease, I even got an Emrakul turn 1 against a Caw Blade deck. I went first, he Mental Missteped my Joraga Treespeaker, I got to cast a Summoning Trap for free... guess who was lurking in those top 7 cards?

Look at my Eldrazi Ramp deck. It was standard before Innistrad and you could hard cast Emrakul turn 4. lolpiperturn5

If I'm reiterating here, I apologize. but; Venser would make an incredible addition to this deck. You could blink your Magnets and Splicers and Snapcasters. You could sideboard Stonehorn Dignitary for aggro decks, and continually bounce them with Venser. You could also copy them with Phantasmal, locking them down pretty hard.

If you add Kessig, just add like, 2x Rootbound Crag. You already have Birds, so having the mana for Kessig shouldn't be an issue. In addition or opposed to Rootbound, you could just stick 2x mountain into the deck and pull them with Rampant Growth. I fail to see how you'll end up with "useless cards in your hand" by adding Kessig.

I'd drop to 16 lands; adding Wirewood Lodge(4), Gaea's Cradle(1), and Misty Rainforest(4). Elves generate so much mana, you really don't need 25 lands(all basic, nonetheless).

I would try to make room for Drove of Elves(4) mainboard, while sideboarding Heedless One(4). If you're playing against something that isn't removal heavy, swap the Droves for Heedless. I'd also add Priest of Titania(4), and two more Joraga Treesapeakers to really maximize the amount of mana you're able to create. To accentuate this increase in mana production, Genesis Wave(4) will really push this deck over the edge. By turn 4, if things pan out accordingly, you can pull of a massive Genesis Wave, putting nearly your entire library onto the battlefield.

Unless you're doing an elf token deck, I really don't think there's a better way to build an elf deck that doesn't revolve around being able to generate 20+ mana in a turn and pulling off a gigantic Genesis Wave. Check out my Elf deck and draw a few sample hands to get an idea of how it works.

I'd also add Wirewood Lodge, Gaea's Cradle, and 4x Misty Rainforest. The Lodge's are a no brainer, your deck can literally function on one land, so thinning the lands will be beneficial to you over time. Feeding into a Genesis Wave with a Gaea's Cradle is just hilarious.

Genesis Wave and Glimpse of Nature really pus Elf decks over the edge. Try play testing a bit with those cards, you won't be disappointed.

I'd drop 5 Forests for 4x Eldrazi Temple and an Eye of Ugin to help with the cost of your Eldrazi creature spells.

I'm a fan of Door of Destinies over Coat of Arms. Aether Vial may also be useful in this deck. Cryptic Gateway is always a solid card in tribal decks.

Elish Norn becoming a 5 drop is pretty terrifying. It may even save your creatures late game from the Summoning itself.

I only read the top few posts, so if I'm reiterating an idea I apologize. With heartless summoning, aside from Simulacrum(sp) the other obvious card that jumped out at me was Skithiryx. A 3drop, 3/3 flying/infect creature you can pay one more mana to for haste seems pretty ridiculous to me. If Skithiryx was printed that way, I would imagine the price being signifficantly higher.
