This is a deck I was inspired to make by all of those "Izzet Blitz" decks involving Nivix Cyclops and a hundred of different instants and sorceries. This deck can do that combo but it can also get pass the point where you don't draw any Nivix Cyclops.
In this case the Sideboard is to show you other possibilities of cards that are good for this. You may see that this deck isn't officially budget, and that is because I already have a playset of Steam Vents and Hypersonic Dragon and Mizzium Mortars, so I wanted to include them. To play this deck you basically drop Nivix Cyclops and Hypersonic dragon as fast as you can and then buff them up with lots of cool stuff.
