This is a better version of my previous Mono-Blue Aggro deck.
This deck doesn't have a very thrilling strategy: stalling. Like most control decks, the purpose is to stall until you get to the late game and then drop an aetherling and win the game. Clone and Domestication can "steal" your opponent's creatures.
