Start typing a card name and use the auto-complete feature to quickly select the card you're trying to add. Enter a quantity and add that card to your sideboard!
Submit a list of cards below to bulk import them all into your sideboard. Post one card per line using a format like "4x Birds of Paradise" or "1 Blaze", you can even enter just the card name by itself like "Wrath of God" for single cards.
Make sure you have THASSA as well as SALVAGER OF SECRETS in play under your control. Cast TIME WALK. At the end of turn, flicker SALVAGER OF SECRETS to return TIME WALK to your hand. Pass the turn to yourself. Then Repeat.Also, I think you can pull this off with just Isochron Scepter and Time Walk, but this is cool too... I guess.

I don’t think it’ll be budget (as in below $100 usd) because you would need to tutor for all those pieces and you know how expensive tutors are. I mean I could try to make a budget alternative... thanks for your feed back :)

Who said you need tutor when you could have a deck full of stuff like jace's sanctum and nagging thoughts I mean sure you won't instantly or 100% of the time but it could work
