Did genesis chamber end up working well in this deck?

Perplex can't transmute into glimpse, it has to be the same CMC, not same or less. Check Muddle the Mixture, it does not have an "unless" clause, but can only target instants and sorceries. anything else will be vulnerable to your coating/splinter combo if it really needs to be dealt with.

I agree w/ your previous statements regarding blue flying walls, Belltower is an obvious choice for a mill deck, but guard gomazoa is an excellent choice as well.

I think praetor's council would fit as well, allowing you to recast many of your spells, and potentially turn glimpse into "draw ten cards" and returning it to your hand to be replayed.

The correct math would be 16 damage, 6 counters. Unfortunately, copies of spells do not count as being "cast"

I would suggest swapping out one or two Pure flames for Ascensions, they keep giving instead of being a one pop, and can be triggered by (and help) your blue spells as well.

Finally, in a storm style burn deck, consider swapping a Phoenix or two (currently in your sideboard) w/ spitfires... In the aforementioned combo(assuming ascension is active), you will have done damage 8 times, making the spitfire 25/3 flyer...

You should look into mana echoes for this deck as well, so you are getting mana for both playing and saciing creatures. I'm not sure what the White fixing is for, it seems superfluous in this deck. I would stick mono-red or red black. I would also suggest comet storm (even if just in sideboard) for multi-player matches, as it's kicker could easily allow you to wipe everyone in one spell.

I might be missing something here, but why is arid mesa in this deck, you have no plains to search for, and if you want a mountain, you could get one faster/easier by replacing the mesa with a mountain. If you were going for threshold, it might make sense,as it get you closer to achieving that, but as is, it cost 1 life, does not give you any acceleration, does not perform any mana fixing, and more than doubles the cost of your deck. Other than that, the deck looks awesome and flavorful. I do agree that fledgling dragon fits the flavor better, tho.
