Tutelage Fog deck tweeked. I been working on Variations of this also.. For one thing i took out 4 lands.. IMO No need for 23 lands. Im running 4 Ghost Quarters, 4x Islands 3x Plains, 4x Temples 4x Tranquil Coves. (19 lands) (even tho theres more white spells in deck, i have 1 more island then a plain because of the 4x Dictates, which are BLUEBLUE1.) Running the same 16 Fog effects you are. The same 12 Draw Cards (Bells, Mines, Dictates)and the 4x Sphinx.Heres where i tweeked it: ***MAIN DECK: 2x Jaces Erasures (as i tweek deck sometimes it varies between 2-4) 2x Oblivion Rings, 2x Banishing Lights, 3x Detention Spheres (To deal with Tricky Creatures/Enchantments/Artis/Walkers)***SIDEBOARD: 4x Negate, 2x Rest in peace (To Deal with Ulamog effects that shuffle Yard into library) 2-3 Disenchants (at any given time) 2x Kor Firewwalkers. 3x Supreme Verdicts (took out of main board cause my fogs, and removal cards (rings, spheres, banishing lights) should be able to deal with any pesky creatures.

I made a couple changes to it like adding 2 creatures for late game if it gets that far, I also added teferi's puzzlebox and cut down on the dictate of kruphix
