This is a primal growth deck for modern. Your win con is Craterhoof behemoth for a ton. If u draw a behemoth the deck still works, sense u get out all your lands and then cast it. The deck actually works without primal surge though. You just dump you hand. Play defensive and don't use to many counters on wall of roots if you don't have surge of demon in your hand, because it's a good blocker, and you can just by time until you cast behemoth and attack for a ton with all your guys.

Abundant Growth instead of Fertile Ground, does the same just draw on it :)

No, fertile adds additional mana, while abundant growth doesn't, it just makes the land make any color. Fertile ground accelerates my mana, which is why I'm running it
However, I cut it because it sucked
