What about t1 land, lanny/ t2 land, priest of Titania/ t3 aluren+glimpse of nature allowing you to drop any creature with converted mana cost 3 or less for free and any time this turn that you cast a green creature you may draw a card?
Update, protection from everything will not protect against legendary rule
Well, my suggestion would be double up on progenitus seeing how he has protection from everything ( this includes the legendary rule.... At least fairly sure, calling to ask today) then all you have to worry about is protecting that precious enchantment

no Teferi's Puzzel Box? This card would be key in combination with underworld dreams. A few other suggestions would be distress duress and HYMN TO TOURACH (two black: target player discards two cards at random)
