I just remembered this deck wayyyyyyyyyyyy back my High School Years, I'm the only one in our place to have this kind of deck. I thought it was one of my Fun-Deck, but nooooo, got me some trophies way back.... Problem was, All my decks got flooded by a super typhoon... badddddddddddddddd I've Tweaked it a bit, just to fit some new cards. Leave Comments please? use the scepter for basically any instant that has 2 or less casting cost (depends on your draw) - Tutors - Counter cards - boomerang (a key in this deck) (boomerang in Scepter = you can play stasis as early as T3, as long as you have enough mana to cast other spells) you may even target the lands of the opponent or other permanents.

I'm not convinced that the Capsizes are needed. To promote the Isochron's health and viability, look towards upping the Boomerang count to 4 and adding in another Counterspell.Additionally, Sensei's Divining Top and Sol Ring would be HUGE additions to this build.
