Triskelion-Its pretty cheap/common, and its and infinite combo with mikeus
Bloodghast-You can sac a creature pretty much every turn, or twice if you have fetch lands
IMO, inferno titan doesn't really fit in this deck... Eh... There are better choices
Apprentice Necromancer-It is a cheap drop and can reanimate any creature in your grave for a turn... like terastadon...
Leyline doesn't really fin here, unless its a combo piece, which in that case you would need helm of obedience to make it worth
Rescue from the underworld is surprisingly good in shattergang (its from threos)

I have had a Scion of the UrDragon (Scones) EDH deck ever since i I started magic, so here are some good cards:
Gaea's Herald (your stuff will get countered)
Elvish Piper (:D)
Hellkite Tyrant (against all those sharuum decks)
Asceticism (its needed)
Bladewing the Risen
Dragon Tyrant (its the best dragon to turn into as scones, you can 1-hit someone, and its cheap money-wise)
Mimic Vat
Maelstrom Angel
Hatred (XD)
Moltensteel Dragon (One of my three most favorite cards in the deck, you go down to 6 life and kill them in one hit.)

The Best Card In The Deck:
Conspiracy,
Name dragons, you can now turn into any creature card in your deck
Blightsteel Colossus
Worldspine Worm
Ulamog
Malignus
Kosilek

And... what do mot of them have "whenever this creature enters the graveyard from anywhere, shuffle your graveyard into your library"

I have an ur-dragon EDH, and I have to say its really fun.
There are a few dragons i would suggest: [dragon with double strike]
Jund colored elder dragon (forgot the name, think its like Vectavious Asmati)
Also I would take out the fogs or put them into sideboard for something like assault strobe or along those lines
Skittles might want to go in main board, because no one would see him coming.

Pretty sure he is an elemental, and one of the best!

Conspiracy, and (ulamog, worldspine wurm, kosilek, Master of crueltys, or it that betrays) is good combo
Also try taking out all the plansewalkers but liliana (she is the only one that serves a purpose)

If you want to run it go right ahead, but I am just warning you that there are better options, such as
-(enchantment that turns non basics into mountains) blood/red moon or something
-Red Magus dude that does the same
-Newer red leyline, m11 i think
-Cabal Slaver (stupidly fun)
-Moggcatcher (tutors for goblins)
-Burning Earth

Also, the snowman, spike jester, and squee are not that good in my opinion.
