If you want to make this a serious deck you need a little more than just 20 lands..

You have 3 7+ drops, 2 6 drops, and 5 5 drops. You should try 23 land.

I would take out the Delvers because you don't need a 3/2 Flyer on turn 2 in this deck. It's not that aggro.

Or if you want to keep some Delvers you can take out 2 of them, 1 Talrand, and 1 Goblin Electromancer

Loving how the deck is looking, but you really need Snapcasters.

And I found out that U/R decks should sideboard Izzet Staticaster for token games.

If I were you I would really look up ways to make a deck more consistent. For starters you should have at least 22 lands (probably 23 for this deck) and secondly you shouldn't run a lot of single copies of cards unless they are above 5 drop cost.

It seems like a good V1 idea, but you really need to have at least 4 Snapcaster Mages.

Or if you really want it to be mill you can take some things out and add something like Geralf's Mindcrusher. Right now it seems to be in between "I'm not sure if I want to mill or overload with zombie" stage.

If I were you I would take out the 4 Undead Alchemist and replace them for 4 Gravecrawlers. If you think about it this deck isn't really made to be mill and since you probably don't want to swing 61 damage with zombies just to win the game through milling I would recommend the change.

I would take out all the Demonic Taskmasters. It's just a bad card in general. I mean, what are you going to do when you run out of Gravecrawlers or Messengers and have to sac something you can't bring back that easy. Plus there are other ways to get flyers for 3 mana.

I like the deck idea though.

Very nice deck but if I were you I would consider taking out the 1 forest and 1 of the woodland cemeteries because you're only relying on green mana to cast Birthing Pod and you usually want to pay the Phyrexian Mana for that so you can put the mana you saved into something more important. Plus removing 2 lands makes room for some more burn spells or even adding another creature into the mix. Either way, nice deck, really liked it.
