Deck Description

Pretty simple and low-cost (money-wise). Artifacts with infect, Tempered Steel and Hand of the Praetors to beef them up, some support artifacts with a splash of proliferate, and removal to stay in the game long enough to get the deck rolling. Runs pretty well but is a tad slow; looking for ways to speed it up but keep it Standard legal. Semblance Anvil and Mirrorworks are particularly nasty in this deck in combination with multiple Hand of the Praetors in play.

Deck discussion for BW Artifact Infect

Try some plague myr. Also, you shouldn't need the Diabolic tutors.
The key thing about infect is speed, thus you want to play whatever you are given. Thus drop anything that might waste you a turn, such as the wellsprings. Also, keep mana costs as low as you can, because you want to focus on efficiency, thus I think that mirrorworks isn't helping you very much.
Although semblance may combo nicely, if you pulled it out, you will always have two more spells at your disposal. both hand of the praetors and tempered steel seem to work nicely in this deck, so I would suggest getting full sets.
If you would like to keep mirrorworks in this deck, then perhaps 4 throne of geth would be a good combo, since you will have plenty to sack.
If you add the myr to this deck, you should only need 20 land for this to run smoothly.

In play tests I've done, the tutors come in handy for getting out Tempered Steel or Hand of the Praetors, depending on which one I need more or have drawn already. Mirrorworks along with the Hands potentially lets me win without ever attacking. I still need to play test more, but so far Semblance Anvil has been a gamechanger. It lets me play all of my 2-drops for free, and everything else is also cheaper. I'll think about your suggestions, but it's gonna take more play testing before I know what I want to keep, get rid of, or add. Right now, it seems to run well as is, but we'll see.

How does mirrorworks work with hands? Hands effect is upon casting, and mirrorworks simply brings more to the field.
Free spells are nice, but again semblance takes another card from your hand, and your deck is pretty cheap already. Sure you don't spend 2 mana on a drop, but is that mana being used elsewhere?
When you get a chance, you should look at my infect.

Ah, you're right about Hand. I'd misread the card. And I already took out Semblance Anvil.

U would use 4 corpse cur in this deck, then you can sac, dig, and cast again to work with the hand.
