Deck discussion for Abzan Control

now im not a control player so I may be wrong, but maybe despise instead of thoughtsieze would be a better option. unless you do have it in your collection its pretty good to have, but despise just might be alittle better, since you don't have to lose life and since the meta mostly involves creatures anyways you might as well use despise. plus since mono colored creatures are becoming more important now a days maybe an ultimate price instead of murderous cut. also since flyers are still a problem maybe hornets nest combined with roar of challenge might be a good idea. For my sideboard I use dark deal and cranial archive as a way to mill my oppanant and still not really lose cards to my graveyard. im not trying to sound like these are good ideas, again I am not a control player in the tiny bit, but these are just suggestions/ideas I think might work. but its still a great deck

Thank you for the input. I can't believe i forgot about hornets nest! Although i feel like Arashin Cleric kind of fills the same role that the nest would, in that it really combats aggro strategies. You are right about despise as well. I will look into mixing some number of Despise, thoughtsieze, & duress in the main and board. Also, 1 ultimate price will likely replace the murderous cut in the main, as ive had trouble delving at a reasonable rate in my time testing. Great advice!
