This deck is designed to get out lots of cheap vampires and make them more powerful with the use of counters.
Almost all of the vampires are fairly cheap to cast, so you should be able to get to where you can cast more than one per turn very soon. Cast one's that give boosts to other vampires first (Stromkirk Captain, Vampire Nocturnus, and Rakish Heir). Keep attacking (especially with Heirs of Stromkirk) any chance the opponent is open to get your vampires more +1/+1 counters on them.
