Always liked the mono-black decks! Terramorphic expanse should be replaced by some other fetchland like verdant catacombs or marsh flats, because terra... can only fetch basic lands, in this case swamps, but the ones I suggested look for swamp, so you can get swamp or Leechriden swamp!

Thanks for the tip on fetchlands. Yes, I built it especially for multiplayer purpose, and it is killer, but you become everyone's target very soon in the game, which is why I added Dash Hopes and the destroy creatures.

Syphon soul, Ouch! Good deck for multiplayer dont see too many of them any more. Ever consider drain life or consume spirit for this?

Also I was going to put bond of agony in my black deck but went with hatred instead so that might be something to look into as well. However that is more of a 1 on 1 kind of card but if you get your opponent at a loss by just 1 life at any point and can deal damage to him from a creature you got the game.

As you can see, I built it so every spell I cast is affecting every opponent on the battlefield. I've tried it many times 1 on 1 and it wasn't that good. so yes, when I play 1 on 1, I put some consume spirit and drain life and cabal coffer. I'll check if I can get a hand on some Hatred as well. Even though i think I would prefer Howl From Beyond.

Why would you use Terramorphic expanse?

Fetching that's all.

But fetching what? That makes no sense. Think about it; that's 2 less lands you have, and you have a card to fetch another land in place of the land. The odds of drawing those two cards are the same odds as if they were swamps instead, so you're basically having "14 swamps and 2 swamps that come in tapped." Feel me?

Yep, but the goal here is thining the deck and lower the possibilities of drawing more lands later on.

Even if that made sense, Terramorphic Expanse does absolutely nothing to "lower the possiblities" of drawing a land. It only makes your odds worse. It was made for multi color decks.
